Overseas Service Training in Dubai

From May 3 to 8, 2013, the After-Sales Service Department of King Long organized engineers with rich practical experience for an after-sales service training and new product promotion in Dubai. The training received active response from distributors in nine countries including Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, Oman, Jordan, Ethiopia, Egypt and the UAE, which sent 26 staff members for this training.
In the training, King Long's service engineers gave instructions in daily vehicle maintenance, common parts management and how to effectively adjust and maintain vehicles according to realistic environments, to ensure the stable operation of overseas customers' vehicles from a technical perspective.
To offer good after-sales services, King Long has organized service engineers to give several targeting after-sales service training according to vehicles' actual operation abroad. In the first quarter of 2013 alone, the After-Sales Service Department organized several professional trainings for overseas customers in countries like Saudi Arabia, Angola and Pakistan, and achieved good effects.
