New Vehicle Test Center to Make a Technological Kinglong

Vehicle Test Center, mainly used for development of new products and upgrading & validation support in manufacturing process, was an important part of Kinglong R & D system. Themed by "energy-saving, new-energy, safety, comfort and duration”, seven testing rooms of Vehicle Verification Testing Room, Power Chain Bench Testing Room, Chassis Dynamometer Testing Room, NVH Analysis Testing Room, Safety Testing Room, Intensity Testing Room and Road Simulation Testing Room constituted the center, especially in Chassis Dynamometer Testing Room, the first chassis dynamometer with max drum diameter and driving power, the only one able to test heavy vehicles from 3.5t to 50t was used.

Vehicle Test Center was one of the representative projects to improve technological level and R & D ability. From 2009 to 2013, Kinglong invested over RMB 500 million Yuan to upgrade the enterprise, including R & D center, test center, high-end assembly line, cathode electrophoresis workshop, ERP system etc.
