Kinglong: Winning & Running in China Report I

Through nearly a month of planning, Xiamen Kinglong United Automotive Industry Co., Ltd (Kinglong for short as below) kicked off its long-distance trial run of new devices and technology on August 31, 2009 in Tangshan, Hebei province. This leg is from Tangshan to Qinghuangdao in Hebei province.

Itineracy Scene

According to Kinglong says the whole test activity will pass seven provinces in China, including Hebei, Shanxi, Henan, Shaanxi, Gansu, Inner Mongolia and the total distance will exceed 10,000 kilometers. This is the first time for China buses & coaches industry to take this kind of test.

New Test Devices

Kinglong uses its two new bus models XMQ6128Y and XMQ6799Y to have a test and the road conditions are various; meanwhile, Kinglong’s new core technology-intellectual power transmission chain is under the test.

Insiders from Kinglong reveal that the new test devices include Vbox, S4001 psophometer, WYJ-C fuel consumption meter and Smartsensor anemometer.
