Everything is opportune in Bolivia

At Bolivia various markets,Kingwin vehicles can be seen traveling among alleys. At La Paz International Airport, the world’s highest airport, Kingwin are picking up passengers. Even on North Yungas Road, the so-called Death Road, Kingwin vehicles can be seen traveling one after another.

"Ever since we began our partnership with Bolivia in 2012, the number of orders is reaching new high every year. It is estimated that by the end of this year, there will be about 20,000 Kingwin vehicles owned by Bolivia people. Most of the vehicles Bolivia imports are secondhand and King Long is the No. 1 seller of new vehicles in this country." He Wei, King Long's regional manager in the Americas told the journalist.

Kingwin vehicles are shipped at night and then sent to Bolivia.

The biggest reason why Kingwin vehicles can dominate the Bolivia market is that they are highly cost-effective. Kingwin's end users in Bolivia are predominately individuals and their major concerns when it comes to buying a vehicle are its price, quality and practical value. Kingwin is exactly a combination of lower price, high quality and high practical value. As the featured product of King Long, Kingwin has employed quite mature technology and had high quality as well as a complete industrial chain. Vehicles for special use have been developed for different market segments. In Bolivia where there are many narrow streets and steep hills, the middle-roof Kingwin vehicle, with its proper size, lower price and powerful engine, is the most popular because it is suitable for both family use and passenger transport. Bolivia’s geographic condition and its people are exactly what make Kingwin a success there.

“In addition, we are thankful for this great era that is full of opportunities. At present, Bolivia is undergoing this transition of vehicle replacing. The imported secondhand vehicles used to the mainstream but now they are being obsoleted out of environment protection concerns and the Bolivian government is encouraging citizens to purchase imported new cars. "This is the perfect time for us", said Mr. He.

Egypt: adjustment to local conditions and win-win cooperation

Good news came in this March that Egypt made an order of 1,280 CKD vehicles, which is the biggest order since King Long’s CKD project was started in 2013. Up till now, a total of around 27,000 King Long light buses are owned by Egyptians.

“A plus for your career” is the business philosophy of King Long Mini Van Division and is also what King Long is like in the Egypt market. In fact, due to the lack of a mass transit system, King Long’s mini vans have been the major vehicle for passenger traffic in Egypt. Egyptians have been used to traveling among streets by these mini vans. For Egyptian youngsters, King Long’s vehicle is also a good tool to make a fortune. By becoming a driver, they make even more money than white collars and factory workers because there is a stable passenger flow. King Long has become a brand favored by Egyptians.

King Long entered the Egypt market in 2009 and the first order it received was only 100 vehicles but now thousands are being ordered every year making it the number one brand for mini vans. In order to be more effective and better cope with Egypt import policy, King Long took the lead in starting the mini van CKD project while it continued its complete-vehicle export. Ever since it achieved mass production in 2013, King Long has exported over 6,200 CKD Kingwin vehicles.

Xie Weiguo, King Long’s overseas marketing director said, “The key of King Long’s overseas marketing strategy is to focus on both quality and customers’ demand. So we have always attached great importance to the product design and manufacturing, and made our products with exquisite craftsmanship so as to improve the quality of our vehicles. We have also improved our way of financing, after-sale service as well as the distribution network in order to meet customers’ various needs and tap into larger overseas market."
