King Long Coaches Served Tesla Super Factory

Recently, 10 units XMQ6112AYBEVL1 pure electric coaches were delivered to Shanghai Lingang Transportation Co.,Ltd ( hereinafter as “Lingang Transport”) as shuttle buses for Tesla super factory, marking King Long as the first bus company to cooperate with China ( Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Lingang Special Zone.

On 6^th August 2019, the State Council approved to set up the new Lingang Area of the China （Shanghai）Pilot Free Trade Zone. As a key free trade pilot zone for Shanghai and even for the country, Lingang area has developed rapidly with construction scale on constant expansion. In line with the expansion, as a comprehensive enterprise responsible for urban transportation in this area, Lingang Transport also accordingly expand and improve their transport capability. After rounds of communication and negotiation, Lingang Transport finally chose King Long mature model XMQ6112 as their trial model.

With the joint efforts of sales and service teams, King Long is highly praised by Lingang Transport for their "efficient, fast and professional" response and "compassionate, empathic" service attitude.

Before Lingang Transport officially put those vehicles into service, detailed on-site training and practical operation guidance were timely arranged by King Long sales manager and service engineers for their maintenance personnel, safety officers and drivers；during the operation, sometime some coaches had false alarms or emergent malfunction, King Long service engineers would always quickly response to shoot the problems promptly via the effective WECHAT group.

Upon the delivery of those vehicles, King Long customer service department dispatched special personnel to Lingang Transport for on-spot profound investigation. Through in-depth communication with the maintenance manager and drivers, a good customer relationship was soon established between two parties, which for sure laid a solid foundation for mutual future further cooperation.

The first batch of 10 XMQ6112 pure electric coaches will be put into service as shuttle buses for Tesla Super Factory. We believe that with the joint verification and recognition from the world's leading electric giant, King Long new energy vehicles will continue to progress and develop!
